There are many different personalities in the world and that doesn’t change in the emergency management field. Having the strength relator allows me to build friendship and trust with these different personalities and maintain a positive outlook towards each other.

Being a strategist will allow me to make calculated decisions to achieve the outcome I want.

Sometimes in emergency management there is no time for a second choice, you have to make and stick with your decision. My strength of self-assurance will help me not second guess my decisions and carry on with them.
